Our Guest House is located in Hinterberger Valley ending by the majestic dominant of Grimming Mountain, between the renowned city of Bad Aussee and Bad Mitterndorf, near the lake of Ödensee.

Our newly designed rooms and baths are spacious and cosy and offer high standards of accommodation.

Typically we let occupy only 1 - 2 rooms, which allows us to approach more individually to our customers.

We will help you with spontaneous planning of your vacation. Do not think too much about vacation planning at home. We can sit down with you every evening and plan your next day in Ausseerland:

Bad Aussee, Hallstatt, Bad Ischl and even Salzburg are beautiful cities reachable for one day trips. We drive you to the train station in the morning and pick you up in the evening, this service you have at your room price.
